This Journal, R/S UJJPL Volume 19, Issue No.1, 2023, is committed to the pursuit, diffusion, and advancement of knowledge in the field of public law in Nigeria. As a result, the Journal encourages scholarly articles, brief notes, case notes, book reviews, and statute reviews on Nigerian public law and related topics for consideration by the Editorial Board.

Contributors should keep the following guidelines in mind.
- All papers must be original and should NOT have been submitted
elsewhere for publication. - Papers submitted for publication must be in English language, typed,
double-spaced on an A4 size paper using Microsoft Office Word, Times New Roman Style and in font 12. - Footnotes should also be in Times NewRoman 10 font size and must be placed seriatim at the bottom of each page. Endnotes are not permitted.
- Papers should not be more than 5,000 words and must conform to the NALT standard referencing styles of legal research. Case reviews should not exceed 12 pages.
- Papers submitted must have a cover page containing names, titles, institutional affiliations, qualifications, email addresses and phone numbers of the authors.
- Papers must contain an abstract not exceeding 250 words, an introduction and a conclusion. 7) Papers submitted for publication will be sent out for blind review/assessment and feedbacks
will thereafter be communicated to contributors as may be appropriate. - Papers submitted for publication should be sent via email as a MS Word attachment to the following email addresses: charlesagwor@gmail.com and omubo-pepple.samuel@ust.edu.ng.
